General Terms and Conditions for activities, trips, and services booked after January 1, 2025. Effective as of January 1, 2025.

1. General Provisions
Verwild is represented in the Netherlands and operates under the following details:

The agreement is established between, on the one hand, Verwild, Vijzelweg 2, 9463 TM Eext, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce Number: 95965742), hereinafter referred to as "Verwild," and on the other hand, the customer, being any person who books or participates in an activity, trip, or service organized or sold by Verwild, hereinafter referred to as "the customer," "the participant," or "you."

1.2 Verwild accepts the agreement exclusively under the applicable conditions, including these Terms and Conditions, the information provided in the online booking form, and other relevant information provided at the time of booking. The complete set of terms and information forms an integral part of the agreement.

1.3 By booking a trip, service, or event, you confirm that you have read and accepted this set of terms as applicable to the agreement.
2. Prices and Payments
2.1 Price Listing. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person and expressed in EUR. Administrative fees may apply depending on the payment method.

2.2 Price Calculation. The agreed price includes all services, taxes, and fees specified in the agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any obvious errors in the price listing do not bind Verwild.
2.3 What’s Included. Depending on the booked trip or service, the price may include:

Accommodation in a hotel, apartment, or campsite

Meals and drinks as specified in the program

Transportation to and from the accommodation if mentioned

Administrative fees and local taxes

2.4 What’s Not Included. The following costs are not covered by the agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Travel documents such as passports and visas

Personal expenses and meals not included

Travel costs to and from the location
-
Insurance, such as travel and cancellation insurance

Optional activities and excursions
-
Tourist taxes and other local levies
Special equipment for activities, such as sports gear or yoga mats
3. Payment Terms
3.1 For amounts under €250, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. For higher amounts, an advance payment may be required, with the remaining balance due no later than six weeks before departure. For certain trips or services, a higher deposit may be required if demanded by the service provider. Verwild reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of late payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by the Participant. The following refund policy applies in the event of cancellation by the participant:

50% cancellation fee for cancellations made four weeks or more before departure

75% cancellation fee for cancellations made between two and four weeks before departure

100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within two weeks of departure
Booking fees are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation by Verwild. If Verwild cancels the trip or service due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions or travel restrictions), participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered either rebooking (where available) or a voucher valid for 18 months.
5. Participation and Responsibility
5.1 Participants are responsible for providing accurate travel documents and medical information. Verwild cannot be held liable for damages or costs caused by incorrect or missing information.
5.2 Verwild is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in activities, experiences, and trips. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Participants must follow the instructions of guides at all times.

5.3 Verwild reserves the right to exclude participants exhibiting inappropriate or dangerous behavior without refund.

5.4 Participants must inform Verwild at least 15 days before departure of any medical or physical limitations that may affect their participation. Verwild reserves the right to deny participation if deemed necessary.
6. Minimum Participants
Certain trips and activities require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, Verwild reserves the right to cancel the trip with a full refund or offer an alternative program.
7. Insurance
Participants are required to arrange their own travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations and medical emergencies. Verwild does not provide insurance and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the lack of insurance.
